This Privacy Policy describes how ASPEN TECH (CNPJ 32.534.156/0001-49), responsible for guarde.ai, collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).

- Payment data: processed by Asaas; we do not store full card data.
- Stored files: the content you upload for backup.
- Usage data: technical access information (logs, device, IP).
2. How we use your data
- Provide and operate the storage and backup service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send account-related and support communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to provide the service (e.g., Asaas for payments and infrastructure providers), or when required by law. We do not sell your data.
4. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption and redundant copies. Communications with our servers use TLS 1.3 encryption.
5. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about the processing of your data, and you may withdraw consent.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. While your account is active, we keep your files according to your plan. If storage used exceeds your plan limit, access becomes read-only: new files cannot be saved and existing files cannot be modified. You will be notified by email and have up to 45 days to reduce usage or upgrade your plan; if not resolved within that period, files may be permanently deleted. Account and billing data may be kept for as long as required by legal obligations.
